What we collect
Through the request form on this site:
- your profile (agency, tour operator, group, company, individual traveller);
- the company you represent, if any;
- your name, email address and telephone;
- your market or country;
- the details of the project: destination, dates, number of travellers, services wanted, and the free text of your message.
We ask for no sensitive data. Please do not include any in the free text field.
Why we process it
- To answer your request and prepare a quote — pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
- To handle the travel file, which means passing the necessary information to suppliers — performance of the contract.
- To meet our accounting and tax obligations — legal obligation.
- To improve our services — legitimate interest, without profiling.
Who receives this data
Only those who need it for your file: our teams, and the suppliers concerned — hotels, carriers, guides, activity providers. Each recipient receives only what it needs.
We neither sell nor rent your data. Nothing is passed on for advertising purposes.

Transfers outside the European Union
Two of our suppliers are established in the United States: Netlify, which hosts the site and delivers form requests, and Google, whose tag is only activated with your consent. These transfers take place under the mechanisms provided by the General Data Protection Regulation.
Our audience measurement, for its part, stays in the Netherlands, and our internal exchanges pass through the systems of our parent company in Cyprus, within the European Union.
A transfer to any other third country can only take place in order to carry out a trip in that country, and only to that extent.
How long we keep it
- Request with no follow-up: three years from the last contact.
- Travel file: the length of the relationship, then five years under limitation periods.
- Accounting records: ten years, as required by Greek law.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Write to info@creativetours.gr; we reply within one month.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the Greek data protection authority: Αρχή Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα, Kifisias 1-3, 115 23 Athens — dpa.gr, or to the authority of your country of residence.
Cookies and audience measurement
What works without your consent
Our audience measurement is handled by Simple Analytics, a Dutch service that sets no cookies, uses neither local storage nor browser fingerprinting, and records no IP address. We know how many people view which pages, from which country and on what kind of device; we do not know who you are and we cannot follow you from one site to another. The data stays in the Netherlands.
What waits for your consent
We also use the Google tag, which fires Google’s measurement and advertising tools. These set cookies on your device and may transfer data to the United States. They are activated only after your explicit consent, given through the banner shown on your first visit.
You may decline, and declining takes nothing away from your visit. You may also change your mind at any time: your consent is kept for thirteen months at most, after which you are asked again.
Typefaces
The typefaces are hosted on our own site. Loading them calls no third-party server: no data — not even your IP address — is sent to any font provider.
Security
Exchanges with the site are encrypted. Access to files is restricted to authorised staff. We will inform you without delay of any data breach likely to create a high risk to your rights.
